Manon is a fabulous yoga and pilates teacher. I’ve been going to her weekly yoga classes for over 15 years, and in the last few years also experienced her wonderful workshops and yoga retreats – these have been amazing, bringing in lovely additional beneficial practices, including sound baths, arty sessions and wonderful nutritious treats! I also regularly do her early morning online pilates sessions, a great way to start the day! I highly recommend Manon and the passion, skills and knowledge she brings to all she offers.

I have been attending Manon’s yoga classes for nearly 20 years. I have found her to be an expert in her field and she is always reviewing and updating her knowledge, so she can keep us informed. The early morning exercise classes have been brilliant too.
The Yoga retreats Manon offers are excellent, they are so relaxing and I always feel revitalised after them. 
Manon has a bright and happy manor, which makes a world of difference.

I have been doing yoga and Pilates for the last 18 years with Manon. An amazing teacher who not only is extremely knowledgeable about yoga and the body structure but understands what her students need! After a stressful day she just knows how to make your body work and relax, calming the mind and body so you leave feeling like new. Unlike other classes hers are small and that allows her to tailor it to your needs or make the necessary adjustments. This is all part of what makes you feel special and keeps you loyal.
I have also been on her retreats and would not hesitate to recommend them as you can completely switch off. A great mind and body recharge.

I’ve been attending Manon’s classes for many (many!) years. She’s such a kind, patient and attentive teacher, and always varies what we do in class.

She’s so supportive, taking our individual needs into account, while gently encouraging us towards the best yoga practice for our own bodies, whether you’re a beginner or you’ve been practicing yoga for years.

Her regular classes, other workshops and amazing weekend retreats are peaceful, safe and joyous places to be, and I always feel so much better afterwards.
